Come and play at Airzone – the world’s first indoor atrium net playground. Located in City Square Mall, this suspended play area has bouncy nets that span levels 2 to 6 of the mall atrium, slides to connect one level to the next and various activities to enjoy.

• Dive and swim in the ball pit, crawl through the 3D maze, climb to the top and try the slides, or just chill out on the nets.

• Children below 5 years old must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.
