• Hands-On Experience: Get ready to pick up a brush and immerse yourself in the art of calligraphy! Under the guidance of our experienced instructor, you'll learn basic brushstrokes, characters, and compositions, and practice writing Chinese characters with grace and precision. 
• Exploration of Brush and Ink: Explore the unique qualities of Chinese brushes and ink as you experiment with different brush sizes, textures, and ink densities. Experience the flow of ink on paper and the beauty of Chinese characters as you write your own masterpieces. 
• Cultural Appreciation: Gain insight into the cultural significance and symbolism behind Chinese calligraphy. Learn how calligraphy has been used throughout history as a form of artistic expression, communication, and meditation in Chinese culture.

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
