• Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 12 pm. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
• No transport is provided between venues. Families must make their own arrangements to travel between venues. 

2D1N Staycation Package Itinerary 

• 9.30 am: Drop luggage at InterContinental Hotel (optional)
• 10 am: Arrive at Crawford Lane to embark on tour
• 3-hr Theatrical Walking Tour around Kampung Glam
• Led by a guide playing a character to create a more immersive experience
• 1 pm: Tour ends at Crawford Lane
• 3 pm: Check-in at hotel
• Breakfast for 4 is provided
• 12 pm (next day): check-out from hotel 

Redemption Instructions

• Purchase on BYKidO
• Receive *confirmation email with Redemption No. and purchase details.
• Show confirmation email to each venue when arrived.

Fine Print

• Package is only valid for the date purchased for
• Package is strictly for up to 2 Adult and 2 Child per room 
• No cancellation, refund or change is allowed 
• Only 1 tour package is available per day for booking
• Package is subject to availability. In the scenario, that there are no rooms available or if the tour is booked, a full refund will be provided. 
• Kampung Glam walking tour is a rain or shine event. 
• BYKidO Credits are valid for use by 30 June 2021
• Not valid with other discounts, promotions, and privileges 
• Strictly no refund or cancellation after confirmation of purchase
• Partner reserves the right to amend, withdraw and modify the terms of this listing
• General Terms and Conditions apply. 

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

Refund Assistance 

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
