Drone Flying Academy

This is the idea that started Drone Flying Academy (DFA) Singapore. The flying experience should not be restricted to only a closed group of individuals, enthusiasts and professionals. We strongly believe that drone flying is for everyone; for the working adult who wants to dabble in a new hobby, or a young aspiring pilot who picks up a remote-control aircraft for the first time.
 
With the ever changing and increasingly challenging aviation scene in Singapore, it is DFA's obligation to teach the right thing and maintain a code of conduct within our community, while bringing positive flying experience to the mass. One of our core principle is to enforce safety while flying our unmanned aircraft, so that we can preserve the drone community's interests and allow everyone to continue sharing their flight experience with others.
 
DFA offers a wide variety of drone lessons such as recreational flying, DIY drone assembly, coding, aerial videography, drone racing, attaining pilot licenses from beginner to master level. They ensure that their clients enjoy an exclusive experience in brushing up their piloting skills without the fear of crashing their drones.

Recreation Drone Flying Experience 

Students will be exposed to drone technology that are commonly used in Singapore context. Apart from general knowledge, they will be involved in Character and Citizenship Education (CCE) as they will learn to fly drone safely and properly in the interest of the general public and aviation.

The practical component of drone flying will be the highlight of the course. It exposes the students to hands-on experience of flying a commercial grade drone. Through some simple exercises, it challenges their psychomotor skill, hand-eye coordination and cognitive development. The practical aims to train their skillsets on their drone movement, braking, orientation and combination of manoeuvres.

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
