About The Tour

Visit Chinatown with your kids and learn about the history and culture of the Chinese in Singapore as you stroll down Telok Ayer Street. Telok Ayer Street has great historical significance, it contains 4 historic class monuments, out of the 63 in Singapore.

How KiddoTrip Works:

• Once you have purchased the tour, you can find the audio guide in your account on kiddotrip.com.
• Within a few days, the activity books for the children will be sent to you by post.
• Once received, you can then take the tour whenever you want.
• The audio guide can be listened to by parents and children.
• For better audio quality, we recommend connecting a speakerphone to your phone so everyone can hear well, even on noisy streets. But you can also connect to the audio guide with several phones and share the headphones.
• The audio guide will be available on the website within 1 or 2 days. You need an Internet connection to access it during the visit.

• Enjoy the tour whenever you want after receiving the books at home

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

Refund Assistance 

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
