DesignTinkers: Design a Home 3-Day Camp

A project-based workshop where children get to design a Home for themselves or their Family. Children will apply Design Thinking principles in understanding the needs and challenges of who they are designing for and be introduced to the basics of space planning for a home.
- Dates: 16 - 18 December 2024
- Time: 9.30am - 3pm daily
- Snacks, lunch and all materials provided

Design a Home 3-Day Camp
Children will translate their 2D planning to 3D model with consideration for architectural scale, light, ventilation, views and communal landscape areas in their design. They will learn basic model-making skills and get creative transforming everyday materials into their individual home model prototype. Every child’s home design will be different and unique, catering to their family's needs.
DesignTinkers camps are specially curated and led by instructors who are architects, designers and educators with the passion and experience of working with young children to nurture their creative interests. Camps are held in our spacious and conducive classroom for kids to create and explore freely under guidance.

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases.
What can be refunded?
When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant.
What cannot be refunded?
Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.
