Your child will get to enjoy a story of their choice and immerse in the fictional world through a scavenger hunt around the house. Elements of imaginary play will also be incorporated. Your child will be prompted to analyse and reflect on the plot as the story unfolds. The session aims to develop the love of reading in a fun way that will keep them mentally and physically engaged.

- Cancellation within 2 days will be non refundable.
- Must provide Order No. as identifier during booking
- An adult over the age of 18 years old must be present at all times to supervise the child during the session. TVB will not be held responsible or accountable for the child’s safety, or for any damage caused during the session.
- You acknowledge that Zoom has been chosen as the primary communication interface.

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases.
What can be refunded?
When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant.
What cannot be refunded?
Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.
