Our Art Studio

Our Art Studio (OAS) was founded in 2017 for the purpose of forwarding the Arts and Arts education in Singapore. OAS's goal is to bring the joy of art to all, allowing both adults and children to have a chance to hone their innate artistic talent.

Recognizing the uniqueness of every individual, our well loved art classes are customized to suit each and everyone. We have conducted these classes for children from the age of 2.5 years and up as well as for adults with considerably positive results.

Through our classes and events, we have proven that regardless of skill level or age, even the most modest novice can enjoy art. Come and let OAS bring out the artist in you!

Art Camp

Available throughout the year on weekdays. Minimum 1 participant to book. To be arranged with us at least 3 days in advance. More hands on activities like snow globe making, clay making, tote bag painting and more!

Schedule

• Mon - Fri: 10 am - 2 pm  

There will be a 30min break in between for lunch/snack and toilet. Participants are to pack lunch/snack boxes and bring along for the camp.

• Booking must be made 60 days from purchase
  
• No refund is provided for camps not utilised before the expiry date
• Purchase directly on BYKidO to receive Redemption No. as proof of purchase
  
• Must provide Redemption No. at booking
• Booking must be made at least 3 days in advance for attending classes, and is subject to availability
• Preferred schedule is subject to school’s approval. Kindly check with the school on the available vacancies before purchase.
• No rescheduling or cancellation allowed once booking is confirmed.
• Purchases are strictly non-refundable
• Not valid with other offers / promotions / discounts.
• Our Art Studio reserves the right to amend, withdraw and modify the terms of this promotion

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

Refund Assistance 

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
