Designed and run by veterinarians and education professionals, children attending the A Day at the Vets Workshop will explore the responsibilities in owning a pet and what is required to keep them happy and healthy. They will also go behind-the-scenes in an actual vet clinic and try their hands at some vet-related tasks at the dedicated Vet Play Corner.
Also available from Animals and Us Academy is a series of Friends of Animals Workshops for this March school holidays, including the Friends of Cats and Friends of Rabbits workshops. The Friends of Animals Workshops are suitable for 6 to 12 years old.

SALTTWORKSHOP.JR aims to engage children in deeper learning with woodworking as our core means of education. The curriculum also integrates a sustainability slant in the lessons where children are provided with the experience of making and repairing as opposed to our prevailing culture of consuming and disposing.
At the woodworking workshop for kids, children will experience the satisfaction of completing their wood project under the supervision of an experienced adult facilitator. The Egg Jar Close Terrarium Workshop by The Green Capsule is an easy activity for young kids between 3 to 6 years old to explore their creative side. This 9 x 7 cm jar will take approximately 15mins to finish, and will require parents to be around.
Alternatively, The Green Capsule also runs Close Terrarium Workshops for older children using larger Jars too. These are available at 12 x 9cm (for 6 - 10 yrs old) and 19 x 9 cm (for above 10 yrs old) at $35 and $38 respectively.

The playground offers a huge ball pit with interactive wall projection games, as well as many opportunities to role play. Let the little ones slide into the ball pit or play at the colourful sandpit. There's also a unique cow milking and feeding machine where little ones can pretend play at too!
