Christmas on A Great Street Returns to Orchard Road

Get ready to immerse your family in the holiday magic as Christmas on A Great Street returns to Orchard Road this festive season. Starting on 9 November 2024, Singapore's iconic shopping district will be transformed into a winter wonderland, filled with dazzling lights, captivating performances, and fun activities for the whole family.
Be sure to visit the two Great Christmas Villages—one at Shaw House Urban Plaza and the other at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza which will open to the public on 8 November and 10 November respectively. Besides carnival rides, there will be live performances by local buskers and bands on weekends at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the holiday spirit.
A standout this year is an outdoor 14-metre-tall Mastercard Priceless Christmas tree which will be the centrepiece of the Great Christmas Village at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza. The Sustainable Christmas Market is thrilled to announce its return for the third time, this time is bigger than ever as the event will have over 100 booths and 6 activity zones. Be sure to spot the rest of the fan-favourite characters, including MOLLY, SKULLPANDA and LABUBU, with photo opportunities scattered across Suntec City – perfect for capturing holiday memories with loved ones.
Families with young children aged 4 to 12 years old can immerse in a world of holiday fun at the Mega Inflatable Playground (11 am - 9 pm daily), where endless action-packed adventures await. Kids can race down towering five-metre-tall inflatable slides, take on a sprawling seven-metre-wide obstacle course, or bounce and slide on the whimsical gingerbread-themed Snow Globe Bouncy.
The excitement continues with a plunge into the expansive six-metre-wide Inflatable Ball Pit Escape, brimming with colourful balls and featuring a mini slide and obstacle course, ensuring a fun time for young ones. In collaboration with the Museum of Ice Cream, Plaza Singapura is lighting up this festive season, featuring Singapore's first pink-themed Christmas lights show and an array of family-friendly activities.
Capture the magic with a giant snow globe, vibrant Christmas trees, and Singapore’s largest ice cream-inspired igloo! Join the Dessert Squishy Painting Workshops on weekends to create personalised festive ornaments—perfect for little ones and adults alike. Workshops are held on Saturdays and Sundays at various times, with each session priced at $15 per participant.
Catch the dazzling light show on weekends from 22 November to 15 December and every night from 20 to 25 December, with showtimes at 7.30pm, 8.30pm, and 9.30pm.
