Looking for a heartwarming way to do in the holiday season? Voices of Singapore (VOS) is back to spread festive cheer through its magical Christmas carolling event at The Capitol Singapore Singing Tree! 

Bring your family and join this free annual celebration filled with classic carols, twinkling lights, and even a sprinkle of artificial snowfall to complete the experience.

More About The Event

For every weekend evening in December, you’ll be treated to a diverse line-up of choirs and musical ensembles for multiple 30-minute sets of Christmas classics, performed by various VOS choirs and guest performers. All can be enjoyed for free!

To enhance the Christmas atmosphere, look forward to experiencing an artificial snowfall that lasts for 10 minutes, happening every 30 minutes, creating a more magical experience as the choir performs. You can also explore the Capitol Singapore Christmas Market at the Outdoor Plaza and see unique offerings, intricate crafts, and charming gift ideas.

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday (6, 7, 8 Dec 2024):  3 performances at 6:30 PM, 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday (13, 14, 15 Dec 2024):  3 performances at 6:30 PM, 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday (20, 21, 22 Dec 2024):  2 performances at, 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM

Look forward to an exciting lineup, including the Lion City Brass Band on 7 Dec led by Ignatius Wang, senior singers from VOS Silver Voices on 13, 14 and 15 Dec as well as St. Luke’s ElderCare on 8 Dec.

Special Performances to Inspire Young Hearts

This year, there are some special additions that will make your experience even more meaningful. You’ll have a chance to see performances from the VOS Starlight Voices and Starlight Music-Making Programmee—an inclusive initiative that empowers children with special needs and their caregivers through music, to connect, grow, and enjoy the joy of music together.

On December 7, children and volunteers from the VOS Let’s Sing! Programme will also perform. This programme partners with social service agencies to uplift underprivileged children, building their confidence through singing.

As Singapore’s largest singing organization, Voices of Singapore (VOS) brings together over 30 choirs and 1,200 passionate members. This year’s Capitol Singapore Singing Tree performances highlight VOS’s commitment to artistic excellence and community connection, uniting diverse voices to celebrate the joy of music.
