Meet & Greet with Special Disney Friends

You could have the chance to meet some Special Disney Friends from Disney Cruise Line! Get ready for a magical experience you won’t forget! Multiple sessions planned across November and December 2024 as follows:

The meet-and-greet sessions will be held at Level 2 West Gateway Garden (between Dyson and Tim Ho Wan) on 16, 17, 23, 24 November and 7, 8, 9, 10 December, at 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 3:30 pm, 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm.

Get ready to surround your family with the magic of the season at Jewel! This year, you’ll be amazed by Jewel's 16-metre Christmas tree, a stunning centerpiece of the festive celebrations. Partnering with American fashion brand Polo Ralph Lauren, the tree adds a touch of elegance and charm to your year-end moments.

Feel the joyful spirit of the holidays as you explore the Polo Ralph Lauren Jewel Holiday Tree. Adorned with glowing gold lights and ornaments, it features a cozy snow cabin that’s home to eight adorable Polo Bears. Step inside the cabin to discover display windows filled with scenes of warm holiday traditions, creating the perfect backdrop for family photos and special memories.

Exclusive Collectibles Inspired by a Disney Cruise Vacation

If you’re shopping and dining at Jewel this year-end, you can also get your hands on limited-edition Disney Cruise Line collectibles for purchase with every S$60 spend in a receipt.

These exclusive items include a puffy sling bag (available in two colours) and duffel bag priced at S$18 each, travel organiser (available in two colours) at S$15, and cabin-sized luggage priced at S$52. 

Purchase the collectibles via the Changi App and collect them at Jewel’s redemption booth at Basement 1 throughout the promotion period till 2 January 2025. For Mastercard cardholders, you can purchase an additional collectible if you pay with your Mastercard.

At the Shiseido Forest Valley, Canopy Park and around Jewel, there will be fairy lights, lighted arches and other festive decorations that incorporate elements of Disney Cruise Line, adding to the ambience of the holiday season. 

Every evening, the Jewel Rain Vortex comes to life with the spellbinding Christmas Light & Music Showcase at 8.00 pm and 9.00 pm (Monday to Thursday), with an additional show on weekends (Friday to Sunday) at 10.00 pm.

This choreographed display features dancing lights that harmonise with timeless Christmas melodies, creating a symphony of colours and sounds. Stay on for the enchanting snowfall experience that will add to the holiday spirit every evening at 7.35 pm, 8.05 pm, 9.05 pm, with an additional session on weekends (Friday to Sunday) at 10.05 pm.
