Celebrate Nature & Sustainability at Earth Hour Festival 2025

WWF-Singapore’s Earth Hour Festival 2025 at Sentosa Sensoryscape invites individuals and families to immerse themselves in a day full of nature-inspired activities, sustainability workshops, and environmental performances. This year’s event is themed “The Biggest Hour for Earth”, emphasizing the power of collective action to protect our planet’s future. With over 250 plant species, interactive exhibits, and community-driven programs, the festival will foster a deep connection to nature and inspire attendees to take meaningful steps toward a more sustainable lifestyle.
Water Sustainability Activities for World Water Day
In alignment with World Water Day, the festival will focus on the importance of water conservation. Visitors can participate in engaging activities that promote mindful consumption and highlight sustainable water practices for the future.
Immersive Workshops & Hands-On Activities
The Earth Hour Festival 2025 will feature a range of immersive workshops and hands-on activities designed to engage participants in sustainability. Attendees can take part in the “Build Your Own Planet-Friendly Meal” workshop, where they’ll learn how food choices impact the environment. There will also be solar light assembly sessions, offering a practical way to harness renewable energy, and opportunities to create eco-friendly artwork inspired by World Water Day. These activities aim to inspire actionable steps that individuals can incorporate into their daily lives to reduce their environmental impact.
Sustainable Sentosa Showcase
The Sustainable Sentosa booth will introduce attendees to the island's sustainability initiatives. Featuring an interactive 3D installation, participants can make personal pledges to support sustainability, write their commitments on repurposed banners, and learn more about the conservation of Sentosa’s flora and fauna.
Join the Switch Off Moment
At 8.30pm, the festival will culminate in the symbolic Switch Off. This global event calls for individuals, businesses, and communities to turn off non-essential lights in solidarity with the planet. In Singapore, over 26 businesses on Sentosa will participate, turning off lights in support of this meaningful call to action.
