Broadway blockbuster musical WICKED will run at Sands Theatre at Marina Bay Sands from 19 March to 27 April. If you already planned to catch the musical, then you won't want to miss these special activations to make your experiences more exciting!
Special Light-up for Marina Bay Sands Facade
In celebration of the musical’s arrival in Singapore, visitors can look forward to the iconic facade of Marina Bay Sands lighting up in beautiful shades of green and pink, evoking the whimsical world of Elphaba and Glinda across the property. The building light-up will take place from 20 to 22 March 2025, from 7 pm to 12 am.
Display of Wicked Stage Costumes
From now till 7 April, fans can also explore a display of WICKED costumes featuring stage costumes from the Emerald City chapter, including Glinda's gown and a never-before-displayed costume worn by the character Madame Morrible. Located outside Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, the display is framed by gold railings and pink tulips inspired by the colourful fields of Munchkinland, offering a fantastic photo opportunity.
Wicked-Themed Milkshake
From 19 March to 27 April, fans of the award-winning Broadway musical WICKED are welcomed to visit Black Tap for over-the-top CrazyShakes inspired by the popular characters Glinda and Elphaba. Delight in the sweet and whimsical charm of the For Good CrazyShake (S$28++), a strawberry swirl milkshake with a vanilla frosted rim, pink and white pearl sprinkles topped with whipped cream, pink and white cotton candy, rock candy, and a decadent chocolate-coated cake pop. The wonderful treat is a creative interpretation of Glinda, highlighting various shades of pink and topped with a chocolate crown.
Immerse in the tales of the Land of Oz with the Something Bad CrazyShake (S$28++), a dark chocolate peppermint milkshake served in a towering glass with a vanilla frosted rim with crushed oreos, crowned with a slice of chocolate cake, whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. An enchanting nod to the well-known characteristics of the Wicked Witch of the West, the bold milkshake is topped with a chocolate witch hat and a pretzel broom stick.
