This May, Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum will be running an array of biodiversity programmes for you and your family!
Biodiversity Programmes by Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum
The Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum (LKCNHM) is Singapore’s only natural history museum and a leading institution in Southeast Asian biodiversity research, education, and outreach. It regularly hosts biodiversity programmes, including tours and workshops to inspire both the young and old. Here's what you and your family can look forward to in May 2024:

HSBC Climate Change and Biodiversity Programme
Venue: Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum
Date: 11 May 2024
Time: 10am to 1pm
Fee: Free | Register here
Following the great response to this programme the last round, LKCNHM is glad to announce that the HSBC Climate Change and Biodiversity Programme (CCBP) is back—with more workshop sessions!
If you’ve ever wondered about what exactly climate change is and what does it mean for biodiversity, wonder no more! LKCNHM is continuing a second round of public workshops to introduce you to the basics of climate change and its impacts on biodiversity. These free-of-charge workshops are part of the CCBP, a partnership between HSBC and LKCNHM.
Learn about ocean acidification, deforestation, carbon storage during the gallery tour and hands-on activities, and get to play the ‘Green Champion Card Game’—a card game specially developed and designed by the museum for the programme! As you take on various stakeholder roles to earn sustainability points, explore the importance of environmental policies and how your actions (or lack thereof!) may affect the environment.
Recommended age of the programme: 7 years old and above.
