Places to go this Weekend: Bukit Panjang Public Library - Children Zone

We recently visited the reopened Bukit Panjang Public Library located @ Bukit Panjang Plaza! Gone were the days that libraries were just boring places filled with books! 

The Bukit Panjang Public Library is so beautifully designed, you will mistake it for an indoor playground or even an art museum!

Children Zone

The library takes up both sides of the 4th level @ Bukit Panjang Plaza, with one side being a dedicated Children Zone! 

The moment you step in, the children get intrigue by the transparent window that allows you to see the book return and sorting process. 

When you step into the library, you will notice how the places was designed for kids, with rounded edges and little areas for families to sit and read. 

Playtime @ Library

If you take some time to explore, you will find a tiny room (just look for the place with lots of footwear outside) that is filled with toys, costumes and other playthings for the LOs! 

Its a hit with the kids, just a pity that it only happens every Tuesdays from 3pm - 6pm and Sundays from 2pm - 5pm.

The places is divided into 3 areas of play, but seriously, the kids were having so much fun, they did not really care!
