Carnival Credits
Families will need to purchase carnival credits to play at the carnival games and rides. This is priced at 6 credits per game / ride. You can get up to 15% off when you purchase carnival credits via the iChangi app, with credit packages starting from S$10 or get a physical T3 Underground Carnival Card from the ticketing booths!

Carnival Credits can be used at both the Rilakkuma Carnival (T3 Level 2) and at the T3 Underground Carnival (T3 Basements 2 and 3)!
You may also redeem 5 FREE Carnival Credits to play when you spend a minimum of S$80 in Changi Airport Public Areas T1 - T4 (S$100 for supermarket)!

The Rilakkuma Carnival will be available from 4 March to 1 May 2023 at the following timing
- Weekday (Fri): 5.30pm - 9.30pm
- Weekends, Public Holiday and School Holiday: 12pm - 10pm
