The Singapore Food Festival 2021 celebrate the local F&B scene by showcasing local F&B talents of established and up-and-coming players. The 2021 edition will see virtual masterclasses, physical workshops and experiences and Singapore Food Festival exclusive menus at partnering restaurants.
Online Masterclasses
The festival hosts 9 free-to view and 9 exclusive paid cookalong Masterclass sessions taught by some of Singapore's most esteemed chefs. You can order the required ingredients before the sessions and attend the session on the dates stated. Delivery will be made 2 days before the sessions, so you should order early to avoid delays!
After the sessions, the recipe will also be added onto the website. Some of the masterclasses include Egg Tarts and Kopi Appreciation, Goreng Pisang dessert, Hakka yong tau fu and more.
Physical Workshops
Festival-goers may also sign up for a physical workshop, there are 12 different workshops featuring different recipes. Workshops run on multiple dates for your convenience too.
Workshops include making traditional local kuehs such as Ang Koo Kueh, Ondeh Ondeh, Kueh Koswee to an upcycling workshop to repurpose fruit peels into popsicles and jam!
Exclusive Experiences
The Singapore Food Festival 2021 and Klook are bringing you one-of-a-kind experiences to send your tastebuds travelling around Singapore, a food haven! This includes heritage tours, farm visits and more!
Some of these experiences include Trishaw Uncle Guided Tour, Hawkerwalk: Old School Snacks and a DIY Picnic Getaway with Local Delights!
Partner Restaurants
The festival has also partnered with a list of Partner Restaurants to offer curated exclusive local dishes at the respective venues during the festival period.
