Go on an adventure, test your wits and solve puzzles as you explore 9 National Monuments at the newly launched Monumental Hunt in the Civic District by the National Heritage Board (NHB).
Explore The Civic District
The National Monuments included in the hunt are located in the Civic District, this includes the Central Fire Station, Former City Hall and Former Supreme Court (now National Gallery Singapore), Former Empress Place Building (now Asian Civilisations Museum), Former Hill Street Police Station, Former Parliament House (now The Arts House), St. Andrew’s Cathedral, The Padang – Singapore’s latest National Monument gazetted in August 2022 – and Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall.
How To Play
Starting at the ACM, participants will collect a tote bag with all that is required to play the game, this comprises a puzzle booklet, map/puzzle tool, sticker sheet and hint card. A game master will explain the rules of the game and you can set off to solve the puzzles (using the game kit) in a free-and-easy format.
Families will be visiting the 9 monuments - uncovering clues and decoding puzzles at each location, while discovering fascinating facts about our National Monuments.
All participants will also obtain one of eight limited-edition pins featuring the National Monuments. As an added challenge, participants can also complete a side quest during the hunt and stand a chance to win a pair of tickets to PSM’s Monument Walking Tours in a monthly draw.
TIP: the puzzles are pretty tricky and make sure to use your game kit properly!
