1. Magic of Korean Winter at Plaza Singapura

In a spectacular showcase of winter wonders, the Korea Tourism Organization is thrilled to announce the launch of the Korea Winter Fiesta 2024 at Plaza Singapura.
Come experience the thrill of Korean winter to Singapore with a Snowhouse created by Snow City Singapore's ice sculptors. Featuring an array of hand-sculpted ice depicting Korean winter sports, a traditional Korean house Hanok, and a slide for children. Inside, guests can enjoy complimentary drinks from a Korean-themed bar. On the second floor, children and families can delight in a playful slide and an ice fishing photo opportunity, all designed to showcase the varied winter activities available in Korea.
Adding to the wintry ambiance, snowfall will grace the evenings on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings outside the Snowhouse, creating a magical winter atmosphere.
Inside Plaza Singapura near Sephora, the event continues with various photo activations that allow visitors to immerse themselves in the beauty of Korean landscapes. From scenic backdrops and mini games, along with a photo booth with traditional Hanboks and other props, shoppers can capture memories while experiencing the allure of Korean culture.
The event also features mascot appearances from Korea Tourism Organization, providing fun photo opportunities for families and children and adding a festive, friendly touch to the shopping experience.
Shoppers spending at Plaza Singapura or with participating tour agents can enter a lucky draw to win grand prizes, including paid trips to Korean ski resorts and more.
2. Magic Festival @ Science Centre Singapore
Venue: Science Centre Singapore
Dates: 15 - 16 Jun 2024, 11 am - 4.30 pm
Admission: $25 Day Pass, $40 Two-Day Pass (includes general admission & $5 Curiosity Shop voucher)
Taking place on 15 & 16 June 2024, the inaugural Magic Festival at Science Centre Singapore promises to be a captivating experience for attendees of all ages.
The festival comprises of a lineup of nine of Singapore’s top magicians that will put on magic shows, revealing the most spectacular feats of illusion. Through a series of mind-bending illusions and spellbinding performances, audiences will gain a deeper understanding of the scientific concepts that underpin the art of magic.
There are also other activities, such as captivating panel discussions and interactive workshops, providing guests with a unique experience of both magic and science.
3. Enjoy $5 Movie Tickets at Golden Village

4. Create, Learn & Play at SAMily Funday

Mark your calendars as SAMily Funday returns this June holiday on 15 June 2024! Visitors are invited to ignite their curiosity through a variety of programmes and activities held in conjunction with Olafur Eliasson: Your curious journey. Highlights include The ELEMENTAL Tour of Your curious journey, where visitors will gain a deeper understanding of the exhibition through an interactive dramatised tour that includes in-gallery activities that are suitable for children from 7-12 years old. Visitors are also invited to embark on a curious journey with a storytelling session by storyteller Roger Jenkins!
5. Catch The Global Anime Sensation THE FIRST SLAM DUNK on Disney+

After months of anticipation, the eagerly awaited anime movie THE FIRST SLAM DUNK is set to land 10 June 2024 exclusively on Disney+.
One of the highest grossing anime movies of all time, THE FIRST SLAM DUNK follows high school student Ryota Miyagi as he attempts to lead the Shohoku basketball team to the Inter-High School National Championship.
