F&B Booths

Besides booths 'feeding' visitors with essential travel information, they will also be serving up delicious bites from Japan’s diverse culinary landscape.

Visitors will experience the country's food and dining scene firsthand with the fair’s delightful selection of Japanese culinary treats, including iconic snacks, seasonal produce, and alcohol.

The fair’s gastronomic journey will showcase flavours from all parts of Japan, with numerous products hailing from all regions such as Akita Prefecture in Northern Japan or Fukuoka Prefecture in Western Japan. Visitors can look forward to tasting fresh, local produce such as high-quality dairy products from Hokkaido’s Yotsuba Milk Products Co. Ltd as well as smoky and chewy iburi gakko (smoked pickles) and sugar-free 100% apple juice from Akita Prefecture.

The selection of snacks is also not to be missed. VERY RUBY CUT, which specialises in strawberry confectioneries will also be participating in this year’s event. The event’s delightful exploration of Japan’s diverse and delicious offerings is perfect for food lovers eager to taste the best of the nation.

Alcohol aficionados will also have the chance to indulge in Japanese sake and other tipples, showcasing the rich and diverse brewing traditions of Japan. Among the offerings are Azumino City’s Suien Momo no Osake and Suien Ringo no Osake, refreshing and fruity liqueurs made from the juice of peaches and apples grown in the Nagano Prefecture, respectively.

Lifestyle Booths, Cultural Activities & Performances

The journey does not stop there – there will be a host of family-friendly activities and entertainment for all ages! Children and adults alike can immerse themselves in Japanese culture through an exciting mix of lifestyle booths and cultural activities.

The stage will be set for a live instrumental performance by the Wind Ensemble Nippon Singapore (WENS). These talented musicians will deliver a must-see energetic performance.

Visitors can also immerse themselves in other cultural stations such as the Tea Appreciation Event where they can learn more about the history and art behind Japanese tea making. Meanwhile, aspiring little flight crew members can embark on a Photo-Taking Session with JAL cabin attendants where they will get the chance to don the uniform and snap pictures with the Singapore-based JAL crew.
