Goodwood Park (Dine-in)

From 1 to 25 December 2020, indulge in a selection of Yuletide fare while dining in at Goodwood Park Hotel’s renowned establishments.

The newly refurbished Min Jiang offers the Crispy ‘Char Siew’ Turkey with Pine Nuts Kataifi and Shredded Turkey with Leek in Sesame Pockets for diners within its rejuvenated ambience of contemporary elegance. 

Exclusively available for dine-in at Min Jiang, Coffee Lounge, and L’Espresso is the decadent Black Thorn Black Rice Pudding ($18++ per serving) – a mesmerising union of ‘pulut hitam’, a local favourite dessert, with intense bittersweet Black Thorn durian pulp.

Goodwood Park (Takeaway from Deli)

Enjoy indulgent festive feasts in the comfort of your own home with the Christmas Combo Specials. The Local Christmas Combo showcases new Asian-inspired turkey creations such as the ‘Har Cheong’ Turkey and Vegetable Rice with Spicy Thai-style Dip and Scallion Sour Cream and Crispy ‘Char Siew’ Turkey with Pine Nuts Kataifi, accompanied by 10 pieces of the signature D24 Durian Puff. 

For revelers who prefer classic options, the Traditional Christmas Combo presents a splendid Traditional Christmas Turkey with Stuffing, Giblet Gravy and Cranberry Sauce. Complementing the Christmas celebrations are the Honey-glazed Boneless Ham with Vanilla-pineapple Sauce, and the crowd-pleasing Traditional Christmas Chocolate Log Cake (1kg).

Takeaway gourmet treats will be available at The Deli from 1 to 26 December 2020. Advance orders of five days are required. Guests may place their online orders at goodwoodparkfestive.oddle.me for delivery or self-collection. Last pre-order date is 19 December 2020, 12pm.

The Giftmas Parcels are available in sizes big, medium and small, so there is something for every family, and any celebration! Customers can select from three specially curated parcels at discounted bundle prices; each complete with a cute airway bill signed by Santa himself!

Swensen’s Giftmas Parcels can be pre-ordered from 9 November until 30 December 2020 for delivery from 15 November 2020 to 5 January 2021; while Christmas cakes are available from 1 November to 31 December 2020, or while stocks last.

Porta at Park Hotel Clarke Quay

• Four-course festive spread: $66 per person

To herald this season of joy, Porta at Park Hotel Clarke Quay presents a four-course festive spread. The modern European festive menu offers Butternut Pumpkin Soup with crispy focaccia croutons to warm the heart and soul, and an appetiser of pan-seared Hokkaido Scallops follows. x`

Choose between the ‘surf’ and ‘turf’ option for the main dish. Pan-seared Black Cod fillet is paired with a robust house-made tomato sauce brimming with vibrant flavours from pork chorizo, chickpeas, and a medley of herbs. The hearty Australian Beef Tenderloin, offered at medium-rare doneness, is accompanied by succulent king oyster mushroom finished in butter, creamy celeriac purée, and a vibrant red wine sauce to complete the dish.

A classic Christmas dessert of Chocolate Log Cake concludes the festive revelry. An absolute treat for chocolate lovers, the luscious cake is served with shaved chocolate, tangy raspberry purée, and decorated with charming festive motifs.

Orders may be placed at porta-park-hotel-clarke-quay. The festive feast is available for self-collection and delivery between 4pm to 8.30pm on 24 to 27 and 31 December 2020, and 1 January 2021.

Morganfield's (Dine-in)

• Morgan's Christmas Feast: $149.90

The chefs at Morganfield’s are serving up their all-time favorite Christmas centrepieces which include succulent Roast Beef Ribeye ($229.90 for 2kg), a whole rack of melt-in-your-mouth Barbeque Beef Rib ($219.90 for 3kg) and sweet and savory Orange Marmalade Glazed Whole Gammon Ham ($189.90 for 3.5kg). 

For your usual Rib-Tastic fix at Morganfield’s, their all-time favorite Morgan’s Christmas Feast ($149.90) will be available too! Featuring their Christmas special edition items such as the Cranberry & Hazelnut Sticky Bones, tantalizing Crackling Pork Roast, savoury Gammon Ham slices and so much more! The perfect platter to share among 4! 

This special Christmas menu will be available from 9 November 2020 to 3 January 2021 while the new Christmas specials, Herb Roasted Turkey and Orange Marmalade Glazed Premium Bone-in Ham, will be available from 14 December 2020 to 27 December 2020.
