Singapore Citizens above 18 years old can redeem $100 SingapoRediscovers Vouchers from 5 authorised booking platforms from 1 Dec 2020 to 31 Dec 2021!

From 1 Dec 2020, Singaporeans aged 18 and above will be able to redeem their $100 SingapoRediscovers vouchers online through 5 authorised booking platforms. These platforms are 

  • Changi Travel Services, known also as Changi Recommends
  • GlobalTix
  • Klook
  • Traveloka
  • Trip.com

Updated from 1 May 2021: You may now use your SingapoRediscover Vouchers until 31 Dec 2021 and if you need ideas on what to do, here's our suggested list of family-friendly activities!

Who will be eligible? 

You will receive these vouchers in denominations of $10 if you are (1) a Singapore Citizen (Permanent Residents are not eligible) and (2) 18 years old and above in 2020.

For those below 18 years old, SingapoRediscovers Vouchers users can purchase up to 6 child or youth tickets at $10 discount for the duration of the scheme.

The vouchers were initially valid till end June 2021, and was further extended to 31 Dec 2021! So you don't have to rush to redeem them. You may wish to refer to our 2021 Public Holiday and School Holiday guide to plan your next getaway!

How to redeem your SingapoRediscovers Vouchers? 

You can't just go straight to the hotel or attraction to use your vouchers. You will have to book it through the authorised booking platforms. 

Here are the steps to follow to redeem your vouchers (skip below for the new enhancements introduced and announced in May 2021). 

  1. Have your SingPass ready. You are encouraged to register for your SingPass before 1 Dec 2020, or to reset the password if it has been forgotten. 

  2. Choose your attraction / staycation / tour from one of the five authorised booking partners listed above. Look out for the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers icon for eligible products.

  3. Checkout using the shopping cart. Click ‘Use SingapoRediscovers Vouchers’ at the checkout page to go to go.gov.sg/srvbalance.

  4. Login with SingPass and choose the amount of vouchers (in denominations of $10) you would like to use for the payment. You may also purchase the "Under 18" subsidised tickets, if applicable.

  5. Use the generated voucher code by copying and pasting it on the checkout page, and pay the outstanding amount (if any).

  6. Complete the checkout process within 10 minutes. Your Vouchers are only deducted after you have completed the booking. 

For those who require assistance, there will be 69 physical touchpoints setup island-wide. There will be at least one at each public housing town, with most located within community centres (CCs) or within 5-minute walk from CCs, as well as at selected malls and SingPost locations. 

Enhancements Announced May 2021

From the third quarter of this year, those that are unable to use their Singpass accounts may visit more than 30 community clubs and community centres to redeem their vouchers using their NRICs, said STB.

“For a shorter waiting time, citizens are advised to decide on the product they want and their preferred dates before visiting these counters.” STB

Other enhancements include

  • enhance the voucher website to make it easier to search for SRV-eligible offerings. 
  • the website will also feature more monthly deals from all five authorised booking partners, as well as information on the various SRV donation drives
  • STB and its booking partners are also working with various attractions to provide SRV redemption counters at various locations

Restrictions on Use

Do note that vouchers cannot be stacked or combined to make a single purchase. Vouchers cannot be transferred or sold to others for use too. 

For example, parents cannot combine their vouchers to make $200 for booking a hotel staycation.
