Thinking of watching a movie with your kid? Did you know that Golden Village, Shaw, and Cathay have a kids watch for free promotion? We also included other venues that you can catch movies for free too!
So read on to see how you can get FREE movie tickets for your family!
Golden Village - Kids Under 6 Watch for Free!
At Golden Village, kids (6 years and below) get to watch a movie for free with every standard adult ticket purchased for G, PG and PG13 rated movie titles only.
Promotion is applicable for walk-in purchases at all GV cinemas (except Cineleisure), for sessions before 2pm on Monday to Friday, excluding School Holidays, and any other days gazetted as Public Holidays by the Singapore government). (In cases where a Public Holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday will also be counted as a Public Holiday, in accordance to the Singapore calendar).
The standard ticket and free ticket for child must be of the same movie and session.

Shaw Theatres - Kids Under 6 Watch for Free!
At Shaw Theatres, enjoy free admission for the little one (6 years old and below) with every standard (full price) ticket purchase by an accompanying adult for G, PG and PG13 rated movie titles only.
Valid for shows before 2pm, from Mon-Fri (excluding Public Holidays & Eve of Public Holidays).
The standard ticket and free ticket for child must be of the same movie and session.
Only valid for walk-in purchases at all Shaw Theatres Box Offices.

Cathay Cinemas - Kids Under 6 Watch for Free + $1 Popcorn
At Cathay Cinemas, With every Standard Movie Ticket purchased over-the-counter, one child of 6 years of age and below gets to watch for free! Promotion is valid till 31 Dec 2025 at all Cathay Cineplexes outlets, and for showtimes before 2pm from Monday to Friday, excluding School Holidays, eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.
Promotion must be of the same movie and session only, and is valid for movies rated G, PG & PG13 only.

- Festive Plaza @ Our Tampines Hub: For a spontaneous movie date night, you can swing by Our Tampines Hub. The open-air plaza at Our Tampines Hub transforms into a movie theatre but remember to check on their Facebook page for the latest show dates and time!
- Celebration Square @ One Punggol: Families living near One Punggol will be excited to know that they can head down to catch regular movie screenings - details are posted on their Facebook page.
- Movies on the Beach @ Sentosa: On selected days, you can catch a free movie screening of popular movies on Sentosa.
- Nightflix Somerset: Watch an exciting line-up of films at Somerset Youth Park on every 1st Saturday of the month from 7.30pm. Registration is free, via the Cinewav app. Check schedule here.
