The Story
The story follows Earth Pony Sunny Starscout (Vanessa Hudgens) who now lives in a world where Equestria has lost its magic, and where the Earth Ponies, Unicorns, and Pegasi are no longer friends. Our little heroine, fueled by stories her father shared of the world before, is determined to find a way to bring back the enchantment and unity into their world!
Bumping into open-hearted Unicorn Izzy (Kimiko Glenn), the pair travel to faraway lands where they encounter the likes of charismatic and brave Pegasi Pipp (Sofia Carson) and Zipp (Liza Koshy) and the ever-responsible fellow Earth Pony Hitch (James Marsden).
Their mission is full of misadventures, but these new best friends each possess their own unique and special gifts - they just need to work together and perhaps that may be just what the ponyverse needs to restore magic! Will this little ponies prove themselves and make a big difference - you got to watch it to find out!
Our Thoughts
It is a cartoon that shares the theme of trust and friendship, kindness, determination and self-belief. Children will be shared that everyone is unique and we are special in our own ways - just like every pony's unique and special gifts!
Actually, the above may not matter to the little fans of My Little Pony as they immerse themselves in the film, singing and dancing to the songs within the 90min show.
