September is a great time to get away! It coincides with the September school holidays, yet it is less crowded and cheaper compared to the June or December holidays. Here are a couple of travel ideas for those who are looking to have your mini-break! 

1. Maldives

The rain starts to clear over the islands in September, so while you may still get some rainfall, its not going to be like the monsoon season of July and August. 

It's probably a great time to score a bargain, and still have a good holiday! 

2. Bali

A popular destination for families all year round, but September (together with April and May) might be the best time to visit for families looking to avoid the peak season and still be within the dry season. 

We hear that hotels can be at least 30 - 50% cheaper compared to the June, July and August peak season!

3. Bangkok
