East Coast Park is a well-loved spot for indulging in a variety of sporting activities, including cycling. Here you may wish to drop by the Cyclist Park, Marina Cove Playground, Coastal Playgrove or even the Road Safety Park!

Coastline Leisure (previously known as Bike Stop), offers 2 locations that rent out bicycles, including family and kids bicycles. The Area E2 outlet also rents out in-line skates for adults and kids. The outlet at Area E2 is next to Carpark E2 and the East Coast Lagoon Food Village while the outlet at Area B1 is next to the Fort Road Carpark (the end nearer to the City).
Lifestyle Bike N Skate

Lifestyle Bike N Skate used to have PCN Pitstops along East Coast Park, but that information does not appear to be updated nor were we able to confirm that these are still available. We believe these are no longer available, but they still have an outlet located off East Coast Park, at Blk 80 Marine Parade Central, about 5mins from East Coast Park via an underpass, and is convenient if you are entering East Coast Park via Katong or Marine Parade.

GoCycling manages 10 outlets across Singapore, with 3 located in the vicinity of East Coast Park. They have a variety of bicycles including Kids Bicycles, Family Bicycles and Pedal Go-Karts (at selected outlets) so the whole family can ride together as one. With GoCycling, you are able to rent and return at any manned outlets islandwide.
So if you are at East Coast Park, you can rent a bicycle from East Coast Park C4 and ride through the Jurassic Mile for a Dinosaur encounter and return the bicycle at GoCycling Changi Terminal 2 located at HUB & SPOKE or in the opposite direction.

Punggol / Coney Island
Less crowded compared to East Coast Park, cycling in Punggol offers a journey through Punggol Waterway Park, going past Waterway Point, SAFRA Punggol and the Punggol housing Estates, or you may choose to ride to Coney Island Park too.

GoCycling manages 2 bicycle rental outlets at Punggol. The outlet at Punggol Jetty is located at the end of Punggol Road and will be more suited for renting bicycles to Coney Island Park. You will be riding pass The Punggol Settlement and entering via Coney Island West Entrance. The other outlet at Punggol Park is suitable for riding around the Punggol Park.
GoCycling offers Rent & Return, which means that you are allowed to rent and return the bikes at different outlets. This allows you to ride from Punggol Park (passing by Punggol Container Park) through Coney Island from the East Entrance and exiting from the West Entrance to Punggol Jetty (or vice versa). Another Rent & Return option is to follow the river and ride along Punggol Waterway.

Located at The Punggol Settlement, at the last shop unit, is Jomando Adventures & Recreation. Apart from your usual adult and kid bicycles, you will also find other types of bicycles including go-karts, balance bikes, tricycles, and more!
Jomando Adventures & Recreation is the closest bike rental outlet to Coney Island Park via the West Entrance.
Bikes @ Waterway

Bikes @ Waterway is conveniently located at SAFRA Punggol. They offer regular single bicycles as well as two- and four-seater bicycles ideal for couples and families with little kids. Rental rates start from $8 per hour and if you’re renting a bicycle from Bikes @ Waterway, be sure to swing by the Punggol Waterway Park for a remarkable view!
West Coast Park
Adoringly named the "Play Center of the West" by our team, West Coast Park boasts one of Singapore's largest adventure playground, picnic spots, camping venue and cycling trails! Even if you don't have a bicycle, you can rent one to enjoy this 50-hectre play venue!

GoCycling manages a bicycle rental kiosk at the West Coast Park. It is the only kiosk available and they offer single-bicycles for both adults and kids, and also pedal go-karts too. Do note that the GoCycling Kiosk is located near to Carpark 2, away from the main playground area and McDonalds (this is a drive-thru McDonalds too).
If you wish to be adventurous, you may choose also ride from West Coast Park to Jurong Lake Park. With GoCycling's Rent & Return, you can return you bicycle at the manned kiosk at Jurong Lake Park too!

Easily accessible and conveniently located just five minutes away from City Hall MRT station is The Bicycle Hut. It's central location and closeness to iconic attractions makes it a good spot to start an exploration of the district. The Bicycle Hut has city bikes, kids bikes, mountain bikes, tandem bikes, and even electric bikes available so you can pick the one that's perfect for you. Rental rates starts from $12 with child seats available on as an add-on.
