11 new dinosaur additions to the Changi Airport Connector, including a 3.9m-tall T-Rex!

Venue: Changi Park Connector, Hub & Spoke
Date: From 17 Mar 2021
Admission: Free

The Changi Airport Connector is a 3.5-kilometre cycling and jogging path that links Changi Airport to East Coast Park and the Park Connector Network (PCN) that opened in Oct 2020.

It is also home to the Jurassic Mile, a 1-kilometre stretch of the largest permanent outdoor display of life-sized dinosaurs. There are 20 different pre-historic creatures from nine species displayed along the cycling and jogging path.

Now you may even start your dinosaur journey from the other end of the Changi Airport Connector, near to Terminal 2 / Hub & Spoke, and make your way towards the Jurassic Mile!

New Additions

Recently, the Changi Park Connector has been refreshed with 11 more dinosaurs! Including an impressive and towering 3.9-metre tall T-Rex! There's also a 3.5-metre tall pink Diplodocus!

If you have a kid who loves dinosaurs, this is the place to visit! Other dinosaurs include the Spinosaurus, Pachycephalosaurus, Raptor, Triceratops, Stegosauraus, a junior Triceratops, and baby Pterodactyls.

Closer and More Natural

The dinosaurs were part of the Changi Festive Village in 2020, and have been repurposed in the Jurassic Mile.

You will notice that the dinosaurs are placed within vegetation and more accessible to the public. This was a conscious decision by Changi Airport Group to ensure the dinosaurs "assimilate more naturally into their surroundings". So please DO NOT break them ok?

So what do you think? Will you be making a trip to the Jurassic Mile soon?
