Anchorvale Village opens along the North-East Line with family-friendly amenities and shops for families staying at Anchorvale and Fernvale.

Venue: 339 Anchorvale Rd, Singapore 540339
Opening Hours: 8 am - 10 pm

Another mall opens along the North-East Line, following the opening of Northshore Plaza, Sengkang Grand Mall and The Woodleigh Mall, the 4-storey Anchorvale Village opens its doors to serve the families at Anchorvale and Fernvale.

Located opposite Farmway LRT, the mall is managed by HDB and offers various F&B options, a supermarket, and a open space with playground for families to have fun at!

Notable F&B Outlets

Singaporean favourite past-times are going to the mall and eating, thus it is no surprise that the mall is filled with exciting options, these include

  • A&W
  • Burger King
  • Jollibee
  • Mister Donut
  • The Better Scoop
  • The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf
  • Swee Choon Tim Sum Restaurant

Also available is the Anchorvale Village Hawker Centre located at Level 2, with 36 cooked-food stalls and 650 seats (this is not yet opened as of May 2024).

Other Notable Shops

Families in the area will also be please to know that your everyday needs and essentials will be covered with a NTUC FairPrice located at Basement 1 and a Daiso at Level 1.

At the FairPrice outlet, children will also get to push their very own children trolleys and go on a grocery shopping trip of their own too!

Community Spaces and Playgrounds

Designed with a focus on providing ample spaces for community bonding, the Anchorvale Village features a community plaza space on the first storey, as well as landscaped spaces at the roof garden, which includes a fitness station and playground

Located on Level 4, the playground looks like a pirate ship that has came too close to land and sunk - that's why we are calling this the Sunken Pirate Ship Playground at Anchorvale Village!

Part of the playground looks like a sunken Pirate Ship with a netted climbing ropes adventure and a crow nest (the pirate ship's lookout point) for children to climb and embark on a little adventure. The rest of the ship looks like it is "underwater".

The other side of the playground structure can be reached via the balancing flower steps and it looks like a little hut on a tropical island with slides and palm tree designs. Little ones can navigate through the tree trunks and conquer obstacles to reach the main trunk!

There will also be steps, climbing walls and more for kids to get onto the island before sliding down the little green slides or the yellow curvy tube ones!

We also spotted another playground outside the upcoming preschool at Level 3. We believe the ship-themed playground will not be open to public.

Getting to Anchorvale Village

Anchorvale Village is located at the junction of Anchorvale Road and Anchorvale Street, and is just opposite Farmvale LRT, 2 stops from Sengkang.

It's address is 339 Anchorvale Rd, Singapore 540339.
