A new playground opens at Crest Sports Park offering families a play option with a cute animal hunt too!
Admission: Free
Replacing the previous decade old playground, the new Forest-themed playground at Crest Sports Park is a small cosy space for families to have some playtime while searching for cute animals hidden within the play space!
The playground is donated by Retro-Max, a playground supplier from Singapore.
A Treehouse to Conquer
The main play structure is a Treehouse where children can climb up via steps crafted like stepping logs or up the "wooden plank" ladder.
From the top, children slide down the green slide.
Animal Hunt for More Fun
Hidden throughout the play space are animal sculptures, including a rabbit, tortoise, ladybugs and more! Try looking out for them and have a game of who can find them first with your little ones!
Other Play Elements
The place space isn't big but it also has 2 spinning chairs, a bouncy bar structure as well as a bouncy see-saw too.
Amenities
Next to the playground is an adventure playground with climbing structures as well as a flying fox for children to conquer.
Further down the park is a skate park too!
For those who require, there are toilets located at the Punggol Community Centre just next to the playground.
Parents will also be pleased to know that there are seats that are shaded by the nearby tree to take a break at too!
What to Bring
As it isn't a big play space, we don't expect families to stay too long. Remember to bring your water bottles and insect repellent will be helpful too.
Location
The playground is located within Crest Sports Park, besides Punggol Community Centre. Parking can be found at the nearby HDB carpark around Blk 322 Hougang Ave 6.
