We are loving this colourful fruit and plantation vibes in a whole new town of Tengah! These thematic playgrounds are inspired by fruit trees that lined the roadside and fruit farms that occupied the estate in the past. The children can become King and Queens of tropical fruits at this new playgrounds!
Located at the Plantation Grange HDB estate, we found 7 playgrounds for little ones, and there are more in the vicinity too. The playgrounds are suitable for both 6 to 12 years old, and toddlers between 2 to 5 years old.
In total, we have discover 12 playground at Tengah, with another 5 Bugs and Nature-themed Playgrounds located at the Plantation Acres HDB estate.

The King of Fruits - Durian Playground
Located at Blk 132C, this Durian playground offers lots of climbing opportunities for young ones with adventure to be discover all round! Suitable for 6 to 12 years old, this playground will help children be more confident and build up their climbing skills!
Kids can also slide down from covered slides, including a curvy one for extra excitement too! Families will also find 2 swings to just laze away the day!
The Challenging Treehouse
This is by far the biggest and the most challenging playground in the whole estate and is located at Blk 131C. It is probably the tallest structure amongst the playgrounds with different treehouses for children to explore. Each treehouse is linked by a rope bridge at the top with slides for them to get down!
On top of the treehouse, children will get a good vantage point of the area! There are also lots of climbing ropes, hammock steps and balancing ropes for them to play too! This playground is suitable for 6 to 12 years old.
The Whimsical Treehouse
Looking like something out of the fairytale, the playground at Blk 131B gives us the Peter Pan vibes with its dark brown structure and unique shapes. Suitable for 6 to 12 years old, this playground includes intricate designs on the treehouse trunk. Climb to the top and kids will find a lookout point as well as slides for kids to get down too
Kids will also get a great workout with the unique climbing and balancing ropes as they move around and explore the playground!
Pineapple with Exercise Corner
Discover a giant yellow pineapple structure slide at Blk 132A. Little ones can climb into the pineapple via ropes and continue their adventure with climbing structure within the pineapple before sliding down the green slide!
Families will also find a spinning play equipment to get the kids dizzy, as well as a 4-way see-saw and swings for more play time too.
Parents can step onto the exercise equipment next to the playground to get a work-out as little ones aged 6 to 12 years old run riot on the play structure!
Mini-Treehouse for Younger Ones
The 3rd treehouse at Blk 131C is a toddler friendly playground for 2 to 5 years old. Everything is lower and easier to accommodate the younger ones as they continue to have lots of fun! Kids will get to climb up ropes and climbing structure before sliding down the little slide! For the adventurous climbers, take on the spiral ladder to climb onto the treeehouse!
Families will find ground level boards and sensory boards for babies and toddlers to explore and have fun at.
Let's Drive the Fruity Truck
The Fruity Truck playground at Blk 132C is made up of 3 smaller structures suitable for toddlers. You will find a pineapple with climbing structures and mini slides, as well as a banana and watermelon structure with a climbing wall and 2 slides for little ones to climb up and slide down the colourful fruits.
The main draw will be the fruit truck where children can get to climb up and explore the sensory board as well as to play at the 2 steering wheels to pretend play as truck drivers too.
Families will also find low swings for little ones to have fun at too!
Explore the Farmhouse
The Farmhouse playground at 133C is a big spacious area for toddlers to run around at. You will find a farmhouse with slide, a cow structure with fireman pole, and a little hut for little ones to climb into.
At the centre, there is a trampoline for jumpers as well as 2 baby swings for toddlers to experience being on a swing too!
What To Bring
The estate is relatively new so do remember to bring water bottles, insect repellant (we did notice more insects crawling around), and sun screen too! Make sure kids are properly attired when they come to play!
The playgrounds are relatively open and not shaded, so parents may also wish to bring an umbrella and be properly protected against the sun too!
