Punggol families can look forward to the new 5-storey integrated Community Hub, with lots of family facilities, to open in mid-2023!

Led by the People’s Association, One Punggol is a new integrated hub that is purpose-built to meet the needs of the North East District community.
The five-storey building, with a gross floor area covering 45,100 square metres across 2.8 hectares (approximately the size of 4 football fields) comprises of a community club, an integrated Public Service Centre, the 5-storey Punggol Regional Library, a HDB branch office, a 700-seater hawker centre, childcare and child development facilities, a blood collection centre, a kidney dialysis centre, a senior care centre, as well as sports and recreational facilities.
*One Punggol Community Club officially opened on 9 Oct 2022 with a few facilities opening at a later date. This includes the One Punggol Hawker Centre, Punggol Regional Library, childcare and child development facilities as well as senior care.
One Punggol Community Centre

Opened on 9 Oct 2022, families will find lots to do at the new One Punggol Community Centre located within the integrated community hub! This includes the large community spaces at level 1, the Celebration Square and The Plaza that can be used for various events. Families can head down for regular movie screening, fitness sessions and thematic events such as the recent F1 carnival too.

Families will also find futsal and basketball courts on level 3 as well as culinary and music studios across level 3 and 4 too. Head up to Level 5 and you will find a 600-seat Multi-Purpose Hall located which can be used for indoor events and also doubles as 4 badminton courts!
ServiceSG Centre
Offering more than 400 services from across more than 20 government agencies and equipped with a Digital Lobby for citizens to self-help and consultation rooms for citizens to speak face-to-face or/and connect with selected government agency officers via video conferencing to get
assistance on complex services.
Punggol Regional Library

It will have a 5 storey regional libray - which is also Singapore’s first fully inclusive library and feature inclusive spaces, technology, programmes, and special collections to cater for patrons with different capabilities
500-space Childcare Centre
Many young families have complained about the lack of childcare centre in Punggol. You will be please to know that Skool4Kidz is opening a childcare centre with 500 preschool places to cater to the needs of young families in Punggol.
700-seater Hawker Centre

The hub will have a 34-stall, 700-seater massive hawker centre located at level 2.

One Punggol will gradually open its doors to the community – starting with National Day Celebration programmes and activities at Celebration Square this August, and then with several community and retail partners starting their operations in the later part of this year. It will be fully operational by mid-2023.
Getting To One Punggol
One Punggol is located at 1 Punggol Dr., Singapore 828629 (opposite SAFRA Punggol) and is connected by walking paths to the Punggol MRT, Punggol Town Square, neighbouring residential blocks, the Waterway Point retail mall and Punggol Waterway Park.
