A new orchid-centric exhibition, Orchid Haven, opens at the Cloud Forest in Gardens by the Bay to host a permanent orchid exhibit and seasonal displays.

Orchid Haven, the newly revamped floral display space opens for families to visit at the Cloud Forest in Gardens by the Bay. The 280 sq m space, is the first major revamp to the Cloud Forest since 2017 and will have more than a thousand orchids on show at any one time.

A Space For Bigger Displays
The new space is about three times the size of the original area for changing orchid displays. In the past four years, the Cloud Forest's changing orchid displays have brought in highly popular and sometimes rare orchids from regions like East Asia, and Central and South America.
Orchid Haven will host both a permanent orchid exhibit as well as seasonal displays, the first of which is titled Flight Of The Moth Orchid.
Flight Of The Moth Orchid
The Flight of The Moth Orchid display will feature more than 800 Phalaenopsis orchids of 17 taxonomic groups is in tribute to the flower whose form resembles that of a moth in flight.
The orchids are showcased through the display of cascading flowers and arranged to show how the Phalaenopsis' appearance has evolved through the years, from its original look to the distinct and dramatic characteristics that breeders have coaxed out of hybrids.
Admission Fees
Tickets can only be purchased up to 10 days in advance and SingapoRediscovers Vouchers can be used as a mode of payment. You will also need to pre-book your visit date and time to the Cloud Forest.
