Skim Alley is Singapore’s first and only flatland skimboarding pool facility situated in the quiet and rustic venue in Heritage Chalet along Pasir Ris Beach. Not only is it a trending activity for the adults, it is also great for a day of fun for families too!
What Is Skimming?
Skimming is a boardsport in which a skimboard is used to glide across the water's surface! Experienced skimmers can even perform a variety of surface and air maneuvers too!
While the sport can be done at the beach or in the sea, it can now also be done at a pool facility like Skim Alley.
Skim Alley
At Skim Alley, families can try skimboarding at their purpose-built flatland skimboarding pool facility. Grab a board (provided) and glide across the surface of water that is just a few centimeters high - you will feel like you are skipping across the surface of water as you try to stay balanced!
Have no experience? Skim Alley provides sessions with instructors to get you started - in fact, they recommend that skimmers get a instructor for their first session. You will also be provided with skimboards and aqua shoes but you are more than welcome to bring in your own too!
For those who require, there will also be a shower area nearby too.
Age Limits
Skim Alley welcomes children from 3 years old, and those aged 12 and under will require to be accompanied by a parent / guardian.
Things To Take Note
All skimmers are required to be in comfortable short or long-sleeved shirts and/or tights and/or shorts made of synthetic material such as “Lycra” or “Spandex”.
You will also not be allowed to be shirtless in the pool. Aqua shoes will be provided, and for safety reasons these MUST be worn while in the pool.
Skim Alley is a rain or shine event. Should the session be stopped for bad weather, the session will be postponed accordingly.
Pricing
Sessions are available at $28 with no instructors and $40 with instructors. First-timers are strongly encouraged to book a session with instructors.

Currently, sessions are only available on weekends and can be booked here. Each session is an hour, and you are advised to come 15 mins before your session
