Admission: Free
Located beside Margaret Drive Hawker Centre at the SkyResidence @ Dawson estate is the Hills & Ribbon Adventure playground where kids can have a blast exploring and unleashing their imagination in this thematic play space!
Featuring a forest hammock, a trampoline, climbing ropes, and undulating play hills, the playground is divided into 2 sections. The younger section includes play elements like the play panels, see saw, springer and spinning bowl is recommended for 2 to 5 year olds, and the other section with the Treehouse with slide, climbing ropes and trampoline is recommended for 5 to 12 year olds.
Treehouse
The main play structure is the Treehouse, nestled under a magnificent 10-storey-high Angsana tree, offers the perfect vantage point for all explorers! Climb up the play structure using the crawling nets and obstacles or simply take the stairs and slide down on the other end!
The "hilly" terrain makes it like the kids are on an adventure in nature as they conquer all obstacles, big or small and make their way up the Teehouse! And for those who are exhausted, they can simply swing on the forest hammock to recharge (and go again)!
Not forgetting the trampoline for the kids to go jumping in too!
For Younger Kids
In the section for the younger kids, families can find play panels to engage the little ones as well as ladybug and elephant springers to bounce around in! Give the spinning bowl a try and watch your kid's giggles as they whirl around (again and again and again)!
The Hills & Ribbon Adventure is a project by Playpoint, the same company that built the Alice in Wonderland Playground at Dawson Vista.
Venue
Hills & Ribbon Adventure is located at 38 Margaret Dr, Singapore 141038, beside the Margaret Drive Hawker Centre and is surrounded by the flats in the estate.
What To Bring
Families visiting the playground should remember to bring their water bottles, sunscreen and mosquito repellent. It will also be useful to have a little towel to clean the kids after they are done!
For parents, we suggest you bring a hat or umbrella for shade, and if you have a foldable chair, that is a great addition too!
Wet wipes and sanitisers will be useful if you are planning to visit the nearby hawker centre for a meal after too!
