ABC Waters @ Jurong Lake
Jurong Lake has been transformed into a venue for recreation and community bonding, where a stage and viewing promenade provide a scenic location for community events. Water activities such as kayaking and dragon boating can already be enjoyed on the lake through programmes by Passion Wave @ Jurong Lake Gardens operated by People’s Association.
Floating Wetlands and Broadwalk
Phase 2 of the project, which was unveiled recently, includes the largest man-made floating wetland in Singapore that not only play a part in maintaining the water quality in the reservoir but also create a natural habitat for the wildlife.
Visitors can take a walk along the boardwalk lined with panels in different shades of blue, which symbolise water, according to PUB. There's a spacious viewing promenade and boardwalks for visitors to enjoy the scenic views of the lake and admire the flora and fauna thriving on the floating wetlands.
There will also be pavilions nestled among the lush greenery of the floating wetlands for visitors to take a break and capture your most instagrammable shots!
