The Everlasting Love - Mother's Day collection is available from 11 April to 8 May 2022 at all BreadTalk outlets island-wide* and online on GrabFood, foodpanda, Deliveroo, as well as their E-Store, www.breadtalk.com.sg/shop.
*The cakes from the Everlasting Love collection will not be available at Marina Bay Link Mall, Resorts World Sentosa, and United Square; and all buns except the Yam Buns and Blueberry Steam Cake will not be available Marina Bay Link Mall, Somerset 313, Raffles City, Resorts World Sentosa and The Centrepoint.
Carnations Floral-Inspired Cake
Made with Dajia yam from Taiwan which is coveted for its richness and characteristic fragrance, Eternal Love 香芋相爱 ($40.80, $6.90 for a slice) is brimming with a luscious yam filling between layers of pillow-soft yam chiffon cake and a smooth cake pudding. A fruity delight, Enduring Love 莓丽草莓 ($40.80, $6.90 for a slice) presents a lip-smacking raspberry rose coulis, silky-smooth strawberry mousse, and cake pudding sandwiched between delicate and fluffy pink chiffon cake.
Mother's Day Buns
Perennial favourites make a comeback this Mother’s Day – these freshly-baked buns are only available for a limited time only. Buttery and flaky, the delightful Yammy Croissant 香芋可颂 ($2.50) is packed with a gratifying combination of mochi and yam paste, then lightly dusted in purple sweet potato powder.
Indulge in more irresistible goodness with the likes of Sweet Pur-tato 紫薯与你 ($1.80), a soft butter bread enveloping a purple sweet potato paste and crowned with a sprinkle of purple sweet potato powder, as well as Yam Bun 芋头餐包 ($3.80) – a slab of six soft pull-apart beetroot buns filled with a rich and creamy yam paste.
