Duck Kut Teh
The star of this launch is the aromatic Duck Kut Teh 鸭骨茶 (Single $9.90++, Double $18.90++) – a twist on the traditional Bak Kut The dish. The soup is a herbaceous peppery broth simmered with herbs and spices over hours. On top of the usual suspects of cabbage, beancurd skin and enoki mushrooms; find a whole duck leg in place of pork ribs, and generous topping of crispy garlic bits for extra textural crunch.
Each Duck Kut Teh order comes with an extra-long crispy XXL You Tiao (dough fritter) to dunk in and soak up the comforting broth.
Other Claypot Dishes
Spice lovers rejoice with the Claypot Mala Duck with Vermicelli 麻辣粉丝鸭煲 ($9.90++). Served piping hot, fragrant numbing mala enhances the flavour of the duck together with springy vermicelli. The Salted Duck Mustard Soup 咸菜鸭汤 (Single $9.90++, Double $18.90++) is now upgraded with slow-cooked whole duck legs and is served piping hot in a claypot for an umami explosion in every bite!
