FOC by the Beach, the well-loved Mediterranean beach restaurant and club along Tanjong Beach Walk celebrates a decade of beachside dining excellence with its 10th-anniversary festivities, unveiling a refreshed menu that blends exciting new creations with beloved classic favorites. Guests can look forward to special festive perks this holiday season, making it the perfect time to indulge in a vibrant Mediterranean-inspired dining experience by the beach.

New Menu Offerings

• Smoked Cantabrico Anchovies ($22)

Glazed with salted caramel butter and served on charcoal brioche for the best of salty, sweet and savoury.

• Grilled Avocado Salad ($22)

For a spot of green, the Grilled Avocado Salad is creamy yet fresh with sundried tomatoes, dressed with herbed yoghurt and sprinkled with almonds and yuca.

• Argentinean Prawns ‘Al Ajillo’ ($32)

Sizzled to juicy fragrance, this dish is bathed in a rich garlic sauce and pairs beautifully with sourdough toast.

• Octopus & Squid Ink Paella ($54 small/$106 big)

When it comes to paella, the Octopus & Squid Ink Paella comes highly recommended, serving up crispy rice tinged black with natural squid ink, setting the bed for large rings of squid and a medley of seafood.

• Iberico Pork Ribs ($38 for 500g/$76 for 1kg)

Meat-lovers will revel in the Iberico Pork Ribs—succulent racks of the prized nutty Iberico pork grilled over open fire to smoky, juicy goodness.
