Choice of mains include the Pepper-Crusted Tenderloin: the melt-in-your-mouth beef from New Zealand pan-seared with classic accompaniments of butter, garlic, and thyme, and flavourful with aromatic peppercorn. Served alongside are grilled asparagus and a mushroom cream sauce.

The Ultimate Wagyu Experience for Dad at Fat Cow
Fat Cow’s special for Father’s Day is “The Ultimate Wagyu Experience” ($188++ per person), an aptly titled five-course dinner featuring premium beef and seasonal delicacies.
The set menu, available from 9 to 16 June 2024, stars indulgences such as the gloriously tender Charcoal-Grilled Toriyama Umami Wagyu Steak with Fat Rice, robust flavours of the beef brought expertly to the fore over binchotan. To accompany is fluffy short-grain rice made irresistible with the incorporation of Japanese soy sauce, rendered Wagyu beef fat, and truffle oil.
Father' Day 3-Course Set Lunch at Bedrock Origin
Surrounded by sun and sea at Bedrock Origin, pop will be more than pleased with the main course spotlighting Vintage Beef from Australia on the Father’s Day 3-Course Set Lunch menu ($88++ per person), offered from 9 to 16 June 2024. The sirloin steak, sous-vide to juicy perfection, is plated with savoury veal jus, roasted banana shallot and carrot puree.
Paired with the meal is a complimentary glass of Chardonnay or Shiraz Cabernet.
MIYOSHI by Fat Cow
MIYOSHI by Fat Cow brings dad “The Best of Land and Sea” ($138++ per person), a five-course menu available for both lunch and dinner from 12 to 16 June 2024.
Specials include the Miyazaki A4 Striploin Niku-Jaga Style, succulent teppan-seared Miyazaki A4 Striploin served atop creamy mashed potatoes in a sweet broth of simmered dashi, mirin, light shoyu, and grated potato. The Wagyu Foie Gras Manjyu combines minced Toriyama Wagyu and luscious pan-seared foie gras, parcelled in a house-made dumpling skin, deep-fried for delicious crisp then steamed to silky finish.
A Cantonese Fare for Dad at YAN
If dad’s a fan of classic Cantonese cuisine and gatherings with the family, then YÀN’s the perfect setting for a communal celebratory feast.
Available from 1 to 16 June 2024 are a 6-course Signature Menu ($168.80++ per person; minimum 2 persons) and an 8-course Celebratory Menu ($128.80++ per person; minimum 4 persons), replete with delights such as the signature Roasted Peking Duck served with Chinese Pancake, Cucumber, and Spring Onions. As a real treat, spring for the Braised Ten-Head Whole Australian Dried Abalone (additional $50++ per person) — a labour of love, dry Australian abalone is soaked for two to three days to soften, then braised in a rich superior stock for another two to three days; resulting in delectably deep and nuanced flavours.
YÀN also offers a takeaway menu ($88++ per person; minimum 4 persons) for celebrations at home, available from now till 16 June 2024.
1-for-1 One Beers with Dad at LeVeL33
At LeVeL33, savour stunning views of the Marina Bay skyline with dad and the family while tucking into the Father’s Day specials available on 16 June 2024.
Offerings showcase their unique ContemBrewery cuisine, which incorporates beer and beer-brewing byproducts from the in-house brewery into dishes. Start with the delightfully crunchy Beer Batter Japanese Oysters ($42++ for ½ dozen, $79++ for 1 dozen), paired with miso aioli, wakame salad, and Avruga caviar. Fit for the family is the Dry Aged Little Joe Ribeye on the Bone (1kg, for 3 to 4 persons) ($288++). The 100% pasture-fed beef is complemented by savoury LeVeL33 Stout jus, Café de Paris butter, and chimichurri, served alongside an array of sides — creamy Australian truffle potato puree, grilled asparagus and romesco sauce, a tangy and refreshing heirloom tomato salad, and LeVeL33 IPA and honey-roasted garlic.
To round off the feast, toast with one-for-one beers from LeVeL33’s very own in-house brewery.
