Embark on a culinary journey to the heart of Yunnan as YUN NANS proudly introduces YUN NANS Home, a reimagined dining experience that celebrates the comforting flavours of home with an array of 20 new dishes.
Transforming three of its heartland outlets – NEX, Northpoint City, and Westgate – into havens of Yunnan culinary delights, YUN NANS Home promises wallet-friendly meals that evoke the warmth and nostalgia of home-cooked goodness, perfect for sharing with loved ones.
A Selection of New Creations
- Surprise Crispy Rice Stir-Fry惊喜炒饭 ($11.90):
A dish that combines the familiar comfort of fried rice with an addictive twist of crunchy puffed rice and bursts of tobiko laced throughout the grains.
- Garlic Vermicelli Shrimp Casserole 砂锅蒜蓉粉丝虾 ($26.90):
For those hankering for a hearty option, brimming with aromatic garlic and a hint of chilli for that extra kick.
- Dried Scallop and Seafood with Loofah Gourd 鲜贝海鲜烩丝瓜 ($15.90):
Uses only young loofah gourd imported directly from Yunnan for its tender texture, paired with dried scallop, dried shrimps, and clams for that extra umami.
- Boneless Spicy Chicken with Sichuan Peppercorns 辣子鸡 ($16.90):
Spice-lovers will revel in the tongue-tingling heat, featuring bite-sized boneless chicken thigh meat cooked in generous lashings of Sichuan peppercorn for maximum spice, flavour and enjoyment.
- Ham Stir-fried with Shredded Green Beans 火腿炒芸豆丝 ($11.90):
A savoury dish that marries prized cured ham with the crunchiness of green beans, both stir-fried to smoky goodness with garlic.
- Stir-fried Eggs with Peeled Tomatoes 西红柿炒鸡蛋 ($11.90):
A classic homecooked dish, sour-savoury with a hint of sweetness from the tomatoes. Unlike the others out there, the version at YUN NANS Home features peeled tomatoes – half portion of the tomatoes are cooked into a sauce over a long time, while the other half is roughly chopped into pieces before tossing with the fluffy fried egg.
