Fine Print

• This offer is exclusively available to first-time students registering with MindSpace at Novena Square 2.  
• The trial period consists of one continuous week, operating from Monday to Friday, between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM.  
• Open to primary school students aged 7 to 12 years. 
• This offer is applicable only during school term time when the center operates from Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For full-day or school holiday programs, a fee of $188 applies for the entire week, with additional charges for excursions and in-house payable activities.  
• Early pick-up or late arrival due to traffic, personal scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances does not qualify for any refunds, prorated adjustments, or extensions of the trial period.  
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.  
• General terms and conditions apply.

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

Refund Assistance 

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
