Yakult Factory Tour

The Yakult Factory Tour is a 1.5 hour tour of the state-of-the-art plant located at Senoko Avenue (Woodlands). It has welcomed visitors across all ages from pre-schoolers to senior citizens! We recommend this tour for 4 years old and above.

• Date: 31 Oct 2022, 2 pm - 3.30 pm (meet at Yakult Singapore 10 mins before tour start)
• Admission: Free with a $5 refundable deposit per ticket 

Admission

The tour is limited to 30 pax (adults + children). Thus we are collecting a refundable deposit of $5 per ticket as commitment and to ensure that interested parents can get tickets. 

Each ticket is for 1 pax only. Please purchase a ticket for each attendee. Tickets are valid for both adult and children, there are no different categories. Infant-in-arms also require tickets.  

• We will refund the deposit to those who attend the tour. 
• Refund will be made within 3 days after the tour and funds will take up to 10 working days to be returned to the credit card used for payments. 
• Cancellation can be made 1 week before the event (24 Oct 2022), refunds will be given to those who cancel before 24 Oct 2022. 

Redemption Mechanics

• Purchase to receive your eWallet link with your tickets via email and SMS
• Show the eWallet to the BYKidO staff at the event 
• Redeem your ticket with the BYKidO staff

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
