This Mid-Autumn Festival, kids will get to make their own snowskin mooncake (4 mooncakes per registered family To top it off, every family will enjoy a free plate of pork or beef (worth $16 - $18) to enjoy at their hotpot meal right after the tour. 

Families who stay for a meal may also bring home a free gift per child.

• 9.30am: Meet & registration at entrance of Haidilao Tampines
• 10 am: Group A (Kitchen Tour)/ Group B, C and D (Mooncake making)
• 10.15 am: Group B (Kitchen Tour) / Group A, C, D (Mooncake making)
• 10.30 am: Group C (Kitchen Tour) / Group A, B, D (Mooncake making)
• 10.45 am: Group D (Kitchen Tour) / Group A, C, C (Mooncake making)
• 11 am: Enjoy your hotpot meal together

Terms and Conditions

• Each ticket is for 1 family 
• Each family can make up to 4 mooncakes
• Only 1 x free plate of pork or beef for each registered family
• Free plate of pork or beef is valid only for dining after the event at Haidilao Tampines on 19 Sep 2026 only.
  
• Gift will only be given to kids and families who stay for a meal
• Photography and videography will be taken for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be captured, please inform the staff at the event. 
• Limited to 25 families only.
• Spots allocated on a first-come-first-served basis
• No refunds, cancellation or exchanges is allowed after purchased is made
• Standard Terms and Conditions apply

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

Refund Assistance 

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
