Get ready for a magical adventure with Disney On Ice as it returns to Singapore with Find Your Hero, a dazzling show that promises excitement for the whole family! From 15 to 23 March 2025, families can join beloved Disney characters at the Singapore Indoor Stadium as they embark on heroic journeys through some of Disney's most iconic tales.

Giveaway T&Cs

• 1 winner will receive 4 x Cat tickets to Disney On Ice on 19 Mar 2024, 6.30 pm
• The winner's name, contact details and email address will be passed to the event organiser for ticketing purposes
• The contest will run from 23 Dec and end on 6 Jan 2025
• A random winner will be picked from all entries to win the prize
• If the winner does not reply in a timely manner, a new winner will be picked to receive the prize. If the original winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize once we have contacted the new winner
• The event organiser's pick is final 
• Other T&Cs apply

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.
