PCF Sparkletots Open House
This islandwide event is specifically designed for families with children aged 18 months to 6 years. Drop by any of our selected preschools to discover how PCF Sparkletots makes learning fun and engaging. Our experienced teachers and staff will be happy to show you around, answer your questions, and share how we nurture young minds to thrive.
There will also be a *complimentary 30-minute parent-child experiential activity designed to spark creativity and joy. Every family who takes part in the activity will receive a ^goodie bag packed with surprises to continue the fun learning adventure at home!
To attend an Open House, simply book an appointment with your preferred preschool through the Open House webpage at PCF Sparkletots Open House.

- *Kindly note the slots for experiential activity are limited and only those confirmed will receive an email confirmation from us. Only one adult is allowed to accompany each child.

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases.
What can be refunded?
When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant.
What cannot be refunded?
Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.
Refund Assistance
For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
