Lantern Walk with Tayo and Friends

The hit event that saw 160 participants in 2019 is back at Downtown East this Mid-Autumn, promising a whimsical time that is sure to drive smiles and illuminate the night. All are welcome to join the relaxing stroll under the full moon from Downtown East, Event Square, to Piai Plaza at Pasir Ris Park, while parading your favourite lantern. While on route, look out for the adorable Tayo standees illustrating the classic tale of Chang E and Hou Yi as well as age-old festival customs.
Stay tuned as the captivating story and traditions of Mid-Autumn is recounted by the emcee and be sure to take notes as you can stand to win attractive prizes by answering simple questions! Meet & Greet with Tayo

The wheels of excitement continue to turn as the lovable Tayo mascot join the celebration at Event Square, where all participants gather after the lantern walk. Share your favourite part of the lantern walk or best Mid-Autumn Festival memories with the emcee, and walk away with prizes such as adorable Tayo plushies!
Get your cameras ready and let the Mid-Autumn revelry unfold. Snap Instagram and TikTok-worthy moments with the charming Tayo and Friends photo spots around Event Square (only in the month of September) that will make awesome keepsakes.
Kids Archery Corner

Let your little adventurers take aim at the one-day-only archery corner, where even the uninitiated can put on the shoes of the god of archery, Hou Yi, and experience some fun with safe plastic arrows and trial targets. Head to Event Square and get into action with the free bow and arrows specially prepared, or cheer for the little 'Hou Yis'!
Clay Mooncake Keychain Making Workshop
