From 14 March to 12 May 2025, Terminal 3’s Departure Hall will be buzzing with excitement. Children can zoom down an inflatable slide and dive into a colourful ball pit at Miffy’s Playground, while parents capture those precious smiles. Snuffy, Poppy, and Boris will be there, too, making it a delightful experience for fans of all ages. This is the perfect destination for those searching family fun activities.
- Playground Requirements: Children must be above 0.9m in height. Those between 0.9m and 1.1m must be accompanied by a paying adult. Socks are mandatory.
- Time Slots: Registration starts 10 minutes before the booked timeslot.
- No Late Entry: Strictly no entry for late patrons 10 minutes after the booked slot.

To make the most of the Miffy's Garden experience, parents can redeem discounted play passes with their spending at participating outlets. For even greater value, Mastercard and Changi Pay users enjoy extra perks. Direct purchase options are also available, including a Family Bundle for those bringing multiple children.
- Discounted Play Passes: Redeem up to 3 play passes at S$5 each with every S$50 spent at participating outlets in Terminals 1 – 4 (S$80 for supermarket purchases).
- Mastercard Perks: Redeem up to 4 play passes at S$5 each with every S$50 spent at participating outlets in Terminals 1 – 4 (S$80 for supermarket purchases) when payment made by Mastercard or Mastercard on Changi Pay
- Direct Purchase: Single passes are available at S$15 ($10 for accompanying adult), and a Family Bundle (3 play passes, 2 adult passes) is S$55.

Purchase up to three Changi Airport | Miffy premiums with every S$50 spent (S$80 for supermarket purchases) at participating outlets in the public areas of Terminal 1 to Terminal 4 (excluding Jewel Changi Airport), and up to four if you pay by Mastercard or Mastercard on Changi Pay.
With new designs being added each month, the initial launch of this special collection includes an adorable keychain charm (S$4.90), a handy set of 3-in-1 travel packing cubes and a shoe bag (S$12.90), and a mobile phone strap (S$9.90).
All you need to do is to purchase the premiums via the Changi App and redeem them from the vending machines located at T2 Departure Hall (next to the Skytrain station), T3 Basement 2 (opposite Kopitiam), or T4 Departure Hall (near check-in row 7). The fun doesn’t just stop during the school holidays, so keep a look out for new collectibles launching each month.
Additionally, redeem a complimentary Changi Airport | Miffy luggage tag when you spend S$50 (S$80 for supermarket purchases) in a single receipt at participating outlets in the public areas of Terminal 1 to Terminal 4 (excluding Jewel Changi Airport), and up to two if you pay by Mastercard or Mastercard on Changi Pay.
The luggage tag can be personalised at T3 Basement 2. For those who prefer online shopping, a Miffy picnic mat and thermal lunch bag bundle is available on iShopChangi from April 2025.
