NDP2021: August Recommends Things You Can Do (Virtually) This National Day

The countdown to NDP2021 has begun, and August has some recommendations on how you can join (virtually) the fun and celebrations for our nation's 56th birthday! 

Have you already heard the roar of fighter jets in the sky, spotted the eye-catching National Day banners and posters that are starting to line the streets, and hummed along to this year’s national day theme song, The Road Ahead? The countdown to NDP 2021 has begun, and August has recommendations for you to join in the fun and celebrations in the lead up to our nation’s 56th birthday - while keeping safe at home and socially distanced!

Share What Our Singapore Spirit Means To You

August invites you to join the nationwide conversation by contributing what you (and your little one) feel "Our Singapore Spirit" means to you. Simply head over to the SG Traits Map on ndp.gov.sg and contribute your thoughts! 

Hardworking. Resilient. Caring. These are some of the top traits which Singaporeans shared best defines us as one people! These are definitely traits that our kids should pick up too! 

Sing And Dance For Singapore

Grab the kids, spouse, grandparents (within the safe distancing rules) and join in the NDP2021 Virtual Choir and Dance! August will like you to use your voices and dance movements to show your love (and have a fun time) for Singapore! 

Sing and dance your heart out to the tune of The Road Ahead and stand a chance to be featured in the official NDP 2021 Virtual Choir and Virtual Dance videos. Send in your submission here by Monday, 19th July 2021!
