Tale of the Peach Boy Floral Display
The Flower Dome paints a scenic image of a Japanese springtime landscape with Gassho-style farmhouses, torii gates, and a Japanese tea house nestled amidst different varieties of bright cherry and peach blossoms.
As you wander through the conservatory, you will also come across the adventures of the legendary Momotaro, a boy born from a peach, and three adorable warriors who fought alongside him.

Cultural Programmes
Updated (23/3): Please note that Sakura Matsuri: Cultural Programmes have been canceled.
Aside from appreciating cherry blossoms and embarking on folklore adventures, you can also enjoy an array of cultural performances at the Flower Dome.
Happening across the weekends, you can experience a Japanese tea ceremony and catch the thrilling demonstrations of Japanese sword techniques by members of the Singapore Kendo Club and Tanglin Kendo Club!
Also, keep your eyes (and ears) peeled for Hibikiya’s performances as they present to you traditional Japanese minyo music, including the taiko (Japanese drum)!

Games & Activities
Nothing completes a matsuri experience quite like some hands-on games and activities! Try out some exciting games, like FIFA 20 and Streetfighter V for free at the Sony Playstation Demo Kiosk or take part in the Danbo Colouring Workshop.
And in case you were wondering who or what Danbo is, it’s the alter ego of Miura Hayasaka, a friend of the main character, Yotsuba Koiwai, from the manga Yotsuba&!. This cardboard character has since become quite an internet sensation. Now you can have your own!
Additionally, you can check out the Kotobukiya Pop-up Display where over 20 figurines and models of popular Japanese Characters are showcased.
